We look forward to welcoming you in the new year with updated opening hours. Our understanding of sustainability is reflected in the way we handle our products and should now also be reflected socially in our working hours. Therefore, we are moving our days off to the weekends in order to spend them with our families.

Over the years, a small kebab stand in the heart of Berlin has developed into probably the smallest restaurant with a star in Germany.
Since 2012, we have been offering a relaxed, modern fine dining concept - from 2016 awarded with one star by the Michelin Guide and 16 points by Gault & Millau.
We, the Bandol, are an ambitious and young team that would like to serve up to 18 guests every day with our French-oriented kitchen.
Our claim: the Bandol should be a place of relaxation, well-being and happiness - a place of life, for every occasion, for everyone.

We attach great importance to the selection of our products. We work very closely with our vegetable and fruit growers, hunters and fishermen in Brandenburg countryside. Over the years, this has resulted in a trustworthy cooperation of which we are very proud.
Our restaurant bears the name of a small harbour town in the south of France and is named after the famous wine region Bandol at the Cote Azur in the south of Provence.
The artist Fred Rubin has furnished the Bandol with the interior of the former Central Committee of the GDR, which gives our premises a special flair. Provence meets Berlin Mitte!

Chef and owner Andreas Saul is the creative soul of Bandol. He was born and grown up in Berlin and
